In active speakers today, we find almost all types of available speakers. The main advantage of active speakers lies in the lack of need to purchase an external amplifier; the speakers simply need to be plugged into the power grid. Built-in active speakers, which are equipped with their own control app or popular data transmission like Airplay 2 or Chromecast, have made significant progress in this segment, such as the English Lithe Audio.
